"Thank You United Way!"

Thanks to the United Way for a donation of $5,000 toward the costs of hiring our new kitchen manager Brenda Saalmans. Brenda is a graduate of Niagara College Culinary program. Her efforts are bringing uniformity to daily routines, facilitating better use of food with less waste, and compliance with the new Health Department Guidelines. Volunteers and guests are happy to have her gentle management. Wecome Brenda!

Mission Statement

The goal of the Niagara Community Outreach is to alleviate the pain of hunger and homelessness by providing nutritious meals, other basic supplies and assisting with emergency shelter, free of charge, to persons of low income in an atmosphere of acceptance and safety. The organization is carried on without purpose of gain for its members, and any profits or other gains to the organization are used in promoting these objectives.

Hours of Operation

Noon meals are served from 12 to 1pm Monday to Friday, all year, (closed Christmas and New Year’s Day)

Evening meals are offered November 1st to March 31st from 5 to 6:00 P.M. every evening.

Transportation to shelters will be provided upon request in the winter months.
